How should I distribute my gear between the Titanium clips and Aluminum S-biners?
We recommend using the larger Titanium clips as your primary anchor for heavier items, like a main folding knife, heavy tool, or attaching to your belt loop. The lightweight Aluminum S-biners are perfect for quick-detach secondary gear, such as mini flashlights, pill fobs, or individual keys.
Will the anodized finish on the Aluminum S-biners scratch over time?
While anodized aluminum is highly durable and 100% rust-proof, normal metal-on-metal friction (like rubbing against steel keys daily) will eventually create a natural patina or minor surface wear. This is normal for EDC gear and will not affect the structural strength of the clips.
