1. What is Covered?

This warranty covers any manufacturer defects, structural failures, or issues resulting from poor workmanship under normal, intended use. If your gear fails due to a defect in materials or production, we will repair or replace it at our discretion—free of charge.

2. What is NOT Covered?

We build tools to be used, and signs of a life well-lived are expected. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, fading of anodized/coated finishes, or the natural patina that develops over time. (Scratches tell your story; they aren't defects).
• Misuse & Abuse: Damage caused by using the tool outside its intended engineering limits (e.g., using a non-load-bearing accessory for towing or climbing).
• Unauthorized Modifications: Any DIY alterations, disassembling, or aftermarket customizing that compromises the structural integrity.
• Loss or Theft: We cannot replace gear that has been lost, stolen, or dropped in inaccessible areas.

3. How to File a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@dadonex.us with the following:

• Your original Order Number.
• A brief description of the failure.
• Clear photos or videos showcasing the defect.

Our engineering team will review your submission and determine the best course of action. Shipping costs for returning items for inspection may be the responsibility of the customer.

DADONEX reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
