Shipping policy
We strive to provide the most reliable shipping options globally. Getting your DADONEX gear to you quickly and safely is our top priority.
1. Processing Time (Dispatch)
All orders are meticulously processed and dispatched quickly:
- US Warehouse & Global Hub: Shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Note: Delays may occasionally occur during major public holidays or site-wide sales events. Any impact on processing times will be clearly posted on our homepage.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, here is when you can expect your DADONEX gear to arrive:
- From US Warehouse: 3–7 business days.
- From Global Hub: 10–12 business days (Most countries).
Disclaimer: Shipping times are estimates starting from the date of dispatch. Delays caused by customs clearance procedures or carrier issues are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate: US$10 worldwide shipping fee.
- Free Shipping: Free worldwide shipping on all orders over US$100.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- United States: For orders under US$800, generally no customs duties or taxes apply.
- European Union (EU): We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All customs duties and VAT are covered by us. You will not be asked to pay any extra fees upon delivery.
- Rest of the World (UK, Canada, Australia, etc.): Shipments are delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Product prices do not include local taxes or duties.
While we aim to optimize shipping, local customs authorities may charge import taxes based on your country's laws. Payment of these charges is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package at https://www.17track.net or directly in your account under "Orders".
6. Shipping Restrictions
- No PO Boxes: We use express shipping carriers that require a physical street address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Remote Areas: We do not ship to certain conflict zones or extremely remote islands.
7. Incorrect Address & Refused Packages
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If a package is returned to us because the recipient:
- Provided an incorrect or undeliverable address;
- Refused to pay applicable duties (for non-DDP countries); or
- Refused to accept the delivery;
We will issue a refund MINUS the original shipping cost AND the return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.
Please Note: International return shipping fees are often very high. In such cases, this may result in a zero refund. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
