Shipping Policy

The fulfillment location used for an order depends on product availability and destination. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Processing time

Standard in-stock products are normally processed within 0–2 business days after the order is placed. Pre-order products follow the product-specific schedule shown on their product page.

United States

For standard in-stock U.S. orders, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional (normally 0–2 business days).

• Free Shipping is available when the order subtotal is USD 99 or more after discounts and before taxes, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.
• Express shipping is USD 10 with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days. This option is also available for orders below USD 99. Additional carrier-calculated services may be offered at checkout.

The available service, charge, and delivery estimate are shown at checkout before payment.

International

International delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.

• Free Shipping is available when the order subtotal is USD 149.95 or more after discounts and before taxes.
• For eligible Global Select destinations below the free-shipping threshold, Standard Shipping is USD 19.95.
• For other destinations below the threshold, available carrier-calculated rates are shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by the destination country unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Pre-orders

Any product marked as a pre-order will display its expected dispatch schedule before purchase.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact info@dadonex.us as soon as possible if a shipping address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us so we can review it with the carrier.
