We stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Note: Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. However, please note that a payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund for canceled orders. This is because credit card companies and payment gateways do not refund transaction fees to us once an order is processed.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- For Non-Quality Related Returns (Buyer's Remorse): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong spec, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging.
- For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong product), we will cover all return shipping costs and waive any restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is authorized and inspected, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund (minus applicable shipping and restocking fees) will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
